Can I return an item?

You can return an item to us within 14 days of purchase providing the items remain unused and intact. If you do need to return an item, please fill out the contact form here with a reason for return and your order number and we'll advise on the next steps.

Please note: We are unable to accept returns for on personalised items unless the item is defective or there is a manufacturing error. If your item is damaged or defective please contact us with some photos and we'll get back to you.

Can I exchange items?

Unfortunately we don't offer direct exchanges. If you'd like to exchange an item we'll ask you to return the item to us, we'll then provide you with a full refund so you can purchase the correct item. If you would like to return an item please let us know and we can take you through the next steps.

I received the wrong item, what can I do?

If you've received the wrong item please contact us and we'll take a look at this for you immediately.

My item has arrived defective or damaged, what can I do?
